Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no activation charges and no minimum contract on Starter and Business plans. Enterprise agreements are negotiated per organisation.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account portal. The difference is applied pro-rata to your next invoice, so you never pay twice for the same period.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
Additional minutes are billed per second at your plan's standard rate and appear as a separate line on the same monthly invoice. You can set spend alerts and hard caps per department.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every new account gets a 14-day trial with one number and 100 test minutes. No card is required to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, NACH mandates and bank transfer for annual contracts. Enterprise customers can be invoiced on 30-day terms.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% against the equivalent monthly rate, and the saving is shown on your quote before you commit.
